GALLERY INTRODUCTION
Founded in 1984, Dynasty Gallery is a senior member of Taiwan Art Gallery Association. Being the director for many times in the association, Dynasty Gallery has been actively propelling the art industry of Taiwan.
In the 90's, we had been representing outstanding cross-strait artists, and have been starting to cooperate with Taiwanese and Asian contemporary artists since 2006. We used to organize the event “Young Art Taipei” in 2009 to 2017. As one of the co-founders, we have been holding the art fair “ONE ART Taipei” and "Photo One" since 2019 until now.
For now, Dynasty Gallery focus on two sections: managing master pieces of the famous artists and supporting excellent emerging Asian artists. We hold several exhibitions and attend to art fairs each year, with the earnest of discovering talented rising star.
Artist Introduction: Atsushi MIZUTANI
Atsushi MIZUTANI's sculptures are a representation of "familiar landscapes." In this context, "landscapes" can refer to the scenes right before one's eyes, those lingering in memory, forgotten ones, scenes hidden within humanity since ancient times, past, imaginary, real, or even future landscapes. Various types of landscapes are blended together to give form to his artworks. The landscapes he aims to create involve merging his creations with the landscapes concealed in the hearts of others, forming a colossal and majestic presence. This stimulates the depths of human consciousness, perhaps becoming a key to the emergence of certain elements to the surface. As for Mizutani's own landscapes, although they are the result of the physical act of sculpting through labor, he believes it is also a way to connect with the profound depths within people's hearts.
The works exhibited this time are created with the idea of moving towards the phantom landscapes and the paths of dreams and hopes that humanity holds. In the daily repetition of a value system where good and evil are indistinguishable, dreams and hopes also emerge and disappear.
We explore the map that conceals the best landscapes within ourselves and society, gazing at elusive forms. This is the way that connects to understanding the landscape that is you.

Artist Introduction: Julia HUNG
Julia HUNG having lived in various countries since childhood and being influenced by diverse cultures, she chose to create sculptures using the technique of three-dimensional weaving, inspired by the skilled craftsmanship passed down from her grandmother. HUNG combines this traditional technique with vibrant copper wires and incorporates the play of light, allowing her artworks to visually entwine in space, evoking a poetic atmosphere reminiscent of sunlight filtering through trees or the shimmering waves of the sea. Her works often explore and experiment with different possibilities through various media, utilizing rich colors to contemplate the perspectives of artificial reality, consumer culture, and the dual nature of things. Through dialogue with others, she seeks to find her own mission and meaning as a human being through art.
In "21g," Julia explores the desire of humanity to pursue control through standardization and the qualitative aspects lost in the process. In Greek mythology, the goddess Lachesis, who measures the threads of human destiny, illustrates humanity's obsession with measurement and quantification. Dr. Duncan MacDougall claimed in a 20th-century measurement experiment that the weight of the soul is "21 grams." "21" symbolizes the Indo-Arabic numeral system, and "grams" represents the metric system's unit of measurement, both globally recognized tools for communication and standardization crucial to business development. Contemporary society's obsession with measurement and standardization often overlooks the qualitative aspects, and "21g" invites viewers to reflect on the possibility of overlooking the immeasurable nuances of life in the quantification process.
